Multi-Axis automated laser welding systems with self-guiding/seam following may be designed and integrated into your process. “Welding-on-the-fly” is where a motion system (robotic) and or the galvo-scanner are synchronized together. This is a high speed processing device used for a fast welding. Some of these equipped machines may also be used for heat treating your parts.

You may add your existing tooling to the new equipment if you choose or we can design up new manual / automatic clamping devices. Our tooling designs take into all the considerations of the advanced welding processes and make an operator friendly device for clamping your parts. Flexible tooling may also be supplied capable of identifying parts with sensors, cameras and or bar codes. These sensors and pneumatic clamping devices take away the operator error for loading and clamping of your parts. Our design engineering group may add any type of automation for material handling and or palletizing as your group requires to be productive. Your system may be equipped with a PLC or a Scada control system which communicates with the operator and or other pieces of machinery. Laser welding machines may also be equipped with camera vision systems for accurate positioning and for inspection purposes.
